We had an great customer service experience with George Michel who provided us with guidance for our large building project. He sent us to Maria Ortiz for design help and she scheduled our appointment the very next day. She listened to our needs and tastes and was very well versed in the stores stock of tile and fundamentals of designing in newly built space. She was so extremely patient and spent an incredible amount of time with us. We'd recommend her design services and the Elizabeth store to anyone.

We visited the Floor & Decor in Elizabeth NJ and had the most delightful experience. We were assisted by a young lady named Natasha. She listened to our ideas and was able to offer suggestions and answer all questions. This young lady was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products. My visit at the store today was a highlight of my day because we experienced great customer service which is hard to come by these days and felt the need to acknowledge Natasha @ the Elizabeth NJ location.

What a difference a day makes. First of all I got my flooring . After writing my 1st reveal my phone lit up with calls. They assured me my floors would be delivered in a timely manner, which they were but addressed my review and complaints. George the store manager called me many times and helped expedite my order. As he made me happy I lived up to my word and revisited the Elizabeth location and shopped for tile for two bathrooms. The experience was so much better and the servicecwas above average. Not only was my service good I noticed many employees servicing othw customers as well. It looked like a different store than when I had my bad experience. Natasha, the girl that helped me, was a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond to make our trip worth while. We would spend another $3000 on glass tile. Just had the most amazing customer service experience!!! Had to do an exchange on a tile that was just too busy to use on my whole shower. As soon as a I walked in the cashier was great and helpful. As soon as she saw a designer she sent her over to help me. The designer was Grace and she was fantastic!!! She helped me find the perfect compliment to my busy tile. Then she called two stores to make sure they had the quantities I needed. Then she walked me up to the register and made sure to give the cashier all the information that was needed to make the purchase. At the register the store manager Chris helped with my return/exchange and made the whole process so simple and smooth. I will be going back next week to pick out a floor and will continue to shop exclusively at the Elizabeth store. Thank you everyone, 🙏 Laura Z.

If you looking for titles or wood floor this is the place to be there's a huge selection of items to chose Costumer service is amazing also some of the employees go beyond to make sure you get what you need or at least the right information If you place a order online anticipated a small waiting time this store is usually really busy and waiting is understandable Same as if you place a large order same day for pickup could be a difficult tasks being there's people ahead already waiting but most likely they will do their best to provide you with the necessary things so you can start working on your project

I've been looking at different styles for my bathroom for months, to many tiles and too many colors it was overwhelming at one point. We finally decided what we wanted and scheduled a free style service appointment with Maria Ortiz. Maria was very helpful and made the process fun and easy. I highly recommend her. We decided to go at this location because it's one of the biggest floor and decor stores around my area, also 3.5% sale taxes.

I can spend hours upon hours in Floor & Decor , and I did just that for our bathroom and basement flooring. Recommend scheduling an appointment with a designer, having measurements of the space (sq ft) and look online to get an idea. My designer, Maria Ortiz was super helpful and quick. Spent 2 hrs there for 8 rooms.

Wide selection of tiles to choose from. Can be overwhelming, though. But that is a good thing. The workers were very helpful. You will need an appointment with a designer if you need ideas and a dedicated assistance.
